VMWare installation on CentOS 5.0 / Fedora Core6

vmmod might not build on the above OS. Both 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 exits with errors when running vmware-config.pl. Fortunately, an easy fix is available on FedoraForum∞:

Install the VMware Server rpm by a "rpm -ivh VMWa....."
Download the "vmware-any-any-update107.tar.gz" from http://ftp.cvut.cz/vmware/∞
Unpack the update and apply it by running rumme.pl
